At Ketiit Content Writing Agency, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with our services, we offer a revision or refund window of 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your order was completed, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or complimentary revision.
Eligibility for Revisions or Refunds
To be eligible for a refund or revision:

The original order must remain unchanged (no major brief revisions after work delivery).

The content must not have been used, published, or modified by you or a third party.

The request must clearly state the dissatisfaction with the delivered work, supported by reasonable feedback.
We do not offer refunds for:

Projects where final content has been approved or published.

Custom work that was completed exactly as per the client’s brief.

Downloadable or delivered digital content.

Rush orders where deadlines were met.

Services that were initiated but later canceled without valid reason.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion under the following situations:

Content partially completed and client chooses to discontinue.

Content requires extensive revisions but original brief was vague.

Project was delivered, but only part of it met the required standard.
Revisions Policy
We provide up to two free revisions on all custom orders. Additional revisions beyond that may incur a fee unless due to a fault on our part.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We will notify you via email once the refund has been issued.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank account.

Contact your credit card provider.

Contact your bank — processing time may vary.
If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, email us at admin@ketiit.com.
Order Changes or Exchanges
If you need changes made to your content or wish to replace it with a different format or topic, contact us at admin@ketiit.com. Exchanges are only granted in cases where the delivered content was not as described or did not meet agreed specifications.
Refunds for Discounted Services
Only standard-priced orders are eligible for refunds. Projects completed under discounts or promotional pricing are non-refundable.
Gifted Services
If a service was purchased as a gift and delivered to you directly, you may be eligible for credit toward another content project. Otherwise, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Delivery and Submissions
Since our services are digital, there are no shipping costs. All orders are delivered electronically to the email address or platform specified in your order form.
If you are returning content for revision or dispute, email it back with your comments to admin@ketiit.com within the refund period.
